The word ‘yoga’ means union. It’s a practice that connects the body, mind, and spirit through different body postures, meditation and controlled breathing. Yoga aims to create perfect harmony between all body systems, it helps you gain strength, flexibility, increases mobility and energy levels which will also help you feel and look younger.
It was all thanks to Yoga since I started on this Journey in 2012 my body and mind craved something new, something more pure to compliment my practice and to be more aligned with my yogic values.
Through movement and meditation, I started to realize the importance of food, questioning what I was putting in my body and wanting to fuel it the best way possible to thrive in every vibrating cell of my body.
Being passionate about the plant-based movement with so much love and gratitude that nourished my soul it then led me to further my studies as a Holistic Nutritionist specializing in plant-based diets.
Feeling so deeply about this change I was inspired to help other people to honour their body and what they put in it. So I wanted to create a yoga cafe called Loving Earth - yoga classes and delicious, nutritious meals in a 100% cruelty-free environment, showing all people that anyone can benefit from both, even if you choose to do yoga or eat plant-based one meal a week.
